Pockit and Monese are the all-in-one money apps that make it easy for people to access and manage the financial tools that put them in control of their money. Following the acquisition of Monese, the business is on a trajectory of growth as the two organisations harmonise and integrate in both the UK and across Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate daily with our service providers.

• Ensure the accuracy of payments

• Escalate and contribute to possible technical and operational problems in relation to payments

• Handle customers’ payment recalls, missing payments, closure payments, and chargeback requests.

• Handle and process all necessary financial payments (non-automatic) on customer accounts.

• Support our Customer Support team and Anti-Money Laundering team on customer escalations.

• Analyze, detect, and escalate any possible unusual customer behavior and trends in payment recalls

• Handle Card payment top-ups reviews and approval

• Handle Chargeback settlement upon chargeback outcome

• Perform APP fraud reviews and process claim in accordance to the regulatory procedures

• Be accountable for KPIs, SLAs, and Goals in the area of Payments are met

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a finance-related role and Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent spoken and written command of English

• Experience with MS Excel or other spreadsheet software

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time combined with the capability to handle routine

• Excellent organizing and time management skills

• 1+ years of experience in Payments and Card processing
