What you'll be doing
You'll be one of the early members of a new and exciting team we’re setting up at Monese. The mission we’re taking on will give you the opportunity to leave your mark on some new and unique financial products, the likes of which are not currently seen in the industry. You’ll work alongside product designers, developers, copywriters, marketing managers and others to deliver some career defining projects. Key responsibilities:
Help in building a robust CRM strategy in line with the local /global priorities
Day to day, you'll own the hands on execution of CRM campaigns and canvases, while ensuring the best user experience.
Launch and automate new CRM campaigns that help customers and drive growth and revenue.
Running and analysing our multi channel campaigns, recommending improvements by using A/B testing and other strategies.
We will help you enhance your knowledge and skills so you can grow and progress in your role.
What we are looking for from you
A strong interest in CRM/ email marketing/ automation
An ability to learn quickly and have working experience with CRM tooling
You have experience working with customer data and segmentation
Highly organisational skills with a strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy
You have a theoretical knowledge and understanding of marketing channels.
The ability to be flexible, collaborative, productive and work well in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Braze
