Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: Dependant on depth of skills and experience
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, full time
What you’ll be doing:
You will be part of the growing BaaS Team with a specific focus on one of our bespoke clients. Working closely with colleagues from Product, Technology, Customer Service, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Legal and other departments, you will support delivery of new programmes, projects and product developments.
As a Business Analyst in our BaaS Product & Delivery Team for Bespoke Client, your priority will be to drive excellence in delivering our BaaS API solution to customers. You’ll ensure the requirements are captured with precision, and work with product teams to align delivery
Working with all internal parties to ensure completion of all relevant project documentation
Creation of Jira Epics, Stories, Tasks, Spikes for required deliverables
API definition and documentation (Open API)
Working with internal and external partners and clients to gather and clearly transfer documented business requirements to Low Level Designs and Agile assets
Liaising with partners and clients during the development and testing process
What we’re looking for from you:
3+ years relevant experience in a similar business analyst or product analyst role in a credible financial institution, fintech or payment service provider
Able to thrive in a scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities and ambiguous problems with minimal oversight
Experience in Banking as a Service/SaaS API and Client Delivery is preferred
Understanding of financial service regulations and infrastructure in the UK is preferred
High level of experience and excellent working knowledge in an Agile development environment
Technical knowledge from a development or QA background advantageous
High level awareness of business processes and formal compliance considerations
Has excellent judgement in identifying problems, making trade-off decisions under pressure and proactively stops risks becoming issues
Calm under pressure and able to rally people to get escalating issues under control
Customer-obsessed; thinks instinctively from the customer’s perspective and able to factor the customer experience into decision making
